Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer for early hearing of the instant anticipatory bail application. Since, the hearing of instant anticipatory bail application is taken up today, hence, this interlocutory application stands disposed of being infructuous. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) B.A. No.2944 of 2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Vidhan Sabha P.S. Case No.22 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 193, 198 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner manipulated the carbon copy of OMR sheets of the examination for recruitment of CDPO conducted by JPSC and annexed the same with the writ application filed before this Court to get the beneficial order. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.02.2025. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Spl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ranchi in connection with Vidhan Sabha P.S. Case No.22 of 2024 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
