Petitioner claims to have supplied different items for construction and painting work pursuant to a tender invited by the respondent no.2 in the year 2018. It is alleged that though petitioners dues are admitted, yet the payment is not being made. Representation dated 14.06.2023 made in that regard, has also not been bestowed any consideration. Learned Standing Counsel states that appropriate decision would be taken in the matter, in accordance with law. Be that as it may, we permit the petitioner to represent its grievance before the second-respondent, annexing all materials in support of petitioner's claim along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. In the facts of the case, we direct respondent no.2 to examine the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate steps to decide the representation dated 14.06.2023, as may be warranted in law within a period of six weeks, by passing a reasoned order. Admitted dues of the petitioner, if any, would be released within a further period of three months. It is made clear that we have not adjudicated the entitlement of the petitioner and all issues are left open to be examined by the competent forum, at the first instance. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
