The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 10.09.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 3, in Session Trial No. 709 of 2023, (State Vs. Manoj Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 415 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 308, 427, 325, 34 of I.P.C., Police Station- Aharaula, District- Azamgarh, whereby the discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
