JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 07-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 74, 326(g), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are agnates and due to property dispute, a simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69023 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 and counter case. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S.
