Sessions Judge, Darbhanga stating that the matter is pending for the examination of victim, one Saraswati Devi, I.O. and doctor. It also speaks that the trial of this case is likely be conclude within 3-4 months. 3. After short argument, in view of report, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31311 of 2025(4) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 renew the prayer of bail after four months, if occasion arises. 4. Request allowed. 5.
