It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has already made representation dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana raising the said grievances, but no action has been taken so far. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.3-The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to consider the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon. 3.
