Case No. 189 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 352, 351(1), 109, 324(4), 326(f) of the BNS, under Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018, under Section 3(1), 3(1)(d), 3(1)(dh), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of fighting with the police. 4. At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having six criminal antecedents but the deponent has wrongly mentioned Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69666 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2025. 6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-13-cum- Special Excise Court No. 1, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Yadopur P.S.
