ORDER The main writ petition was filed challenging the award made in I.D.No. 338 of 2002, dated 03.03.2010. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was transferred from Vellore to Chennai and was illegally retrenched from service in Chennai in the year 2002. Therefore, when he filed the claim petition before the Labour Court, Vellore, the same was dismissed by the impugned award on the ground of want of territorial jurisdiction. 3. When the writ petition came up for hearing on several occasion, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it was dismissed for default by order dated 05.11.2019. Therefore, the present Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1392 days in setting aside the order of dismissal for default.
