Further, no effort has been made by the petitioner to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 3. Accordingly the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to move an application for restoration of the present petition as and when complete record of the case is available with him.
