Petitioners, through the medium of present bail application, seek grant of bail in their favour in a case registered vide FIR No. 0452/2024 dated 15.10.2024 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 333, 115(2), 351 (2), 352, 191(2) and 331(6) BNS at the instance of respondent no. 2. The petitioners were admitted to interim bail by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2025. 02. Though Ms. Tejaswani Anand, Advocate appeared vice Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, learned GA on the very first date, who himself also appeared on the next date i.e. 29.07.2025, the respondents have failed to file objections to this application, despite the fact that the application having been filed in the month of March 2025. 03. In this view of the matter and having regard to the nature of the offences and the gravity of the punishment provided therefor, the present Bail Application is allowed and interim order dated 25.03.2025 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 04.
