Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No.23 of 2025 registered under Sections 318(2), 338, 336(2), 340(2), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, under Section 63, 64, 65 of the Copyright Act and under Section 103, 104, 105 of the Trade Mark Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners being the employees of the co-accused Manoj Kumar Prajapati who is owner of the printing press were involved in printing of fake stickers of various companies. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is false. It is next submitted that the order for printing was procured by the owner of the printing press and the petitioners have no knowledge about the destination of the printing materials. Drawing attention of this Court towards para-18 of the instant bail application, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is then submitted that the petitioners undertake that they will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 31.01.2025 as is mentioned in para-19 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioners be released on bail.
Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioners are
directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hazaribagh in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No.23 of 2025 with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish their mobile numbers and photocopy of the Aadhar Cards in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile numbers during the trial of the case.
