Petitioner's grievance has been noticed in the previous order of the Court, which is reproduced hereinafter:- "Civil Dispute between the parties are stated to be pending. However, during pendency of such dispute the State authorities are interfering in the matter, hence this writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed 10 days' time to obtain instructions in the matter. Put up this case as fresh on 19.02.2025." Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which certain representations were made to the State Authorities on which reports etc. were called. However, the authorities state that no interference is put or is being made in respect of the disputed property. Instructions are taken on record. Once such a stand is taken by the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition with the observation that private dispute between the parties would be got resolved by the competent court and that except for observance of peace and other justifiable purposes specified in law, the District Administration or the authorities thereof would not interfere in the private dispute of the parties.
