Accordingly, the respondent no.3/Senior Divisional Manager, Life Insurance Corporation, Bareilly Division, Bareilly is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated August 05, 2024 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
