This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding and directing the respondent no.4 to decide the interim stay application dated 22.08.2025 in Case No.2218/2025 (Computerize Case No.T20250340208886) (Gulab Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) Under Section 133/137 I.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a stay application dated 22.08.2025 in proceedings under Section 133/137 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 4. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 4- Sub-Divisional Officer, Chhibramau, District Kannauj to decide the stay application dated 22.08.2025 in Case No.2218/2025 (Computerize Case No.T20250340208886) (Gulab Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) under Section 133/137 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
