This appeal is directed against the order dated 12.03.2025 passed by learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Garhwa in B.P. No.75 of 2025 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No.538 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for grant of bail of the appellant has been rejected. The appellant was apprehended and on search, 10 counterfeit currency notes were recovered from his possession. The appellant is in custody since 11.10.2024. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 12.03.2025 passed by learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Garhwa in B.P. No.75 of 2025 arising out of Garhwa P.S. Case No.538 of 2024, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa, in connection with Garhwa P.S.
