It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 that the investigation in the case FIR bearing No.0030/2021 dated 17.03.2021 of Police Station, Manjakote, District Rajouri, impugned in the main petition has been closed as, “Not Admitted” and final report/ikhtitamy has not been yet presented before the competent Court for Judicial orders. 5. The I.O of the case is permitted to file the final closure report before the competent Court for judicial determination.
