This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the respondent no.2, the Additional Commissioner First Varanasi Region Varanasi to decide the stay application as well as Revision No. 1800 / 2025 Computerize Case No.C202514000001800 (Ram Singar and others Vs. Ram Achal and others) within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble court pending in the court of Additional Commissioner First Varanasi Region Varanasi." 2. It is contended that against the mutation order passed under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 35 (2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which was dismissed. Thereafter, petitioner has preferred a revision, which is pending consideration before the Additional Commissioner-I, Varanasi Region, Varanasi. The sole prayer made in writ petition for expeditious disposal of the said revision. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide the Revision No. 1800 of 2025 [Computerized Case No.C-202514000001800] (Ram Singar and others Vs. Ram Achal and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
