JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 07-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State . 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 191 ( 2 ), 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Manoj Kumar Rama alleged that on 15.03.2025 at about 3:00 O’ Clock , all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, armed with lathi, danda and iron rod came to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69960 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/3 informant and started abusing him. Upon protest, co-accused Sudip Ram and Vaibhav Ram assaulted him with iron rod. When brother and wife of informant came to rescue him, they were also assaulted by accused persons. It is further alleged that co- accused Vicky Kumar molested wife of informant and also snatched gold chain from her. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co- accused persons namely, Sudip Ram and Vaibhav Ram. So far as, these petitioners are concerned, there is no allegation of any overt act against them. Case and counter case . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 6. Considering the facts of the case , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of eight weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM Bikramganj , Rohtas in connection with Dawath PS case No. 80 of 2025 subject to conditions laid down u/s 482 Patna High Court CR.
