By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.345 of 2023 dated 19.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457, 411 and 120-B IPC, P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun. 5. Learned counsel for the State submitted that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 24.09.2024, under Sections 380/457 and 120-B IPC, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous. This fact is clear from Annexure-13 to the counter affidavit filed by the State. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
