The present application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent authorities to complete the investigation of Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No246 of 2024, dated 22.05.2024, registered under Sections 456, 342, 323, 324, 326, 307, 427, 429 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and bring the accused persons of abovesaid case before the Court, as on account of negligent approach of the police towards the investigation the accused persons of Makhdumpur P.S. This writ application has been filed for completion of the investigation of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.246 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 456, 342, 323, 324, 326, 307, 427, 429 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. In my opinion, this application is pre-mature. The police cannot be given a timeline to complete the investigation of a case which has been filed in the year 2024. 5.
