Heard Sri Vikash Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent no.2-Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Hata, Mandal Gorakhpur, District Kushinagar to decide the Case No.03334 of 2019, Computer Case No. T201905440203334 (Smt. Reeta Devi Vs. Thagiya Devi), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. The case of the petitioner is that she has filed an application under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending before the respondent no.2 for the last six years, so a direction be issued for its expeditious disposal. 4. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to respondent no.3, and the writ petition is being disposed of, at this stage, itself. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's pending application registered as Case No.03334 of 2019, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 6.
