Heard Mr. Abhishek Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent- Gaon Sabha and Mr. Hari Om Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Case No.REV/2496 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.AL20211509002496) (Vijay Pratap and Others vs. Umesh Pratap and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by the private respondent under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 arising out of suit under Section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act is pending before respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue since 2021. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, respondent no.1 is directed to decide the aforementioned revision on merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhishek Singh, Shailendra Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Rameshwar Prasad Shukla Shambunath .....Petitioner(s) Board Of Revenue U.P.
