This interlocutory application has been filed for correction of typographical error which has crept in the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) 239/2025. 3. It is submitted that Respondent No. 4 is the Superintendent of Police (B), Bongaigaon. However, due to an inadvertent error, in paragraph 5 (d), the said authority has been incorrectly referred to as the Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta. 4. As the prayer was not objected to, it is allowed. Hence, reference to Superintendent of Police (B), Barpeta appearing in paragraph 5 (d) of the said order dated 07.03.2025 shall now be read as Superintendent of Police (B), Bongaigaon. Page No.# 3/3 5. This order shall be read together with order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) 239/2025. 6. In the event the family members of the applicant appears before the Superintendent of Police (B), Bongaigaon, the said authority shall do the needful in terms of order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.(C) 239/2025. 7.
