Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division-1st)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist Gorakhpur to decide the Complaint Case No. 26848 of 2021 (Amit Kumar Bhatt Vs. Kamla Kant Jaiswal), under Section- 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station- Shahpur, District- Gorakhpur along with Complaint Case No. 2841 of 2021 (Kamla Kant Vs. Amit Kumar Bhatt) under Section 379/408 I.P.C., P.S.- Belipar, District- Gorakhpur, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act in the year 2021 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4.
