Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Sri Amit Misra, learned counsel appearing for the revisionists submits that the revisionists want to withdraw this criminal revision. He further submits that the revisionists may be permitted to appear before the trial court and apply for bail and further the bail application of the revisionists may be considered and decided in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionists to appear before the trial court and apply for bail. It is further provided that if the revisionists file the bail application, the trial court shall consider and decide the said application expeditiously, in accordance with law.
