From perusal of the record, it appears that both the parties have settled their strained matrimonial relationship by mutual agreement on certain terms and conditions, vide order dated 28.05.2025 passed in Maintenance Case No.80 of 2018 Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10549 of 2021(8) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur, which has been made part of the supplementary affidavit (Annexure ‘8’). 4.
