The petitioner is before the scrutiny committee waiting for the decision for validation of his tribe certificate. He is seeking direction for early decision. 2. Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable forthwith. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of all the respondents. 4. The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that respondent No.2/committee would decide the petitioner’s proposal within a period of six months. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No/2/scrutiny committee to decide petitioner’s proposal within a period of six months. However, he shall not be terminated for want of certificate of validity during the aforementioned period. 6. Further, respondent Nos.3 to 5 shall disburse the arrears of petitioner’s salary within a period of six weeks and shall continue to pay him the salary on regular basis immediately. (PRAFULLA S.
