Present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging contempt of this Court’s order dated 18.04.2023 passed in WPMS No.1120 of 2023, Mansab Ali vs. State of Uttarakhand & others. 4. Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, response affidavit has been filed by respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Haridwar. In that response affidavit, it is stated in para 12 that illegal encroachment has been removed and the Chak land has been completely opened and restored. Moreover, the photographs of the road have also been annexed as annexures with the response affidavit. 5. In such view of the matter, nothing remains to be done.
