Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents stated that no obstruction as is being alleged by the petitioner is being created by the private respondents and agitation by them is peaceful and they are not stopping ingress or egress of the workers of the Hydro Project Limited.
2. Taking into consideration the submissions so made by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, these proceedings are closed, but with liberty that in future, in case situation arises wherein someone creates obstruction in the functioning of the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
