This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to demolish the house of the petitioner, situated in plot no. 559 recorded as Abadi, during pendency of Case No. 9115 of 2025 Computerized Case No. T202501500109115 (Gram Sabha Dharmpura Versus Vinod), under section-67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration against the petitioner, and the revenue authorities are threatening to demolish the house of the petitioner. 3. Petitioner has a remedy of filing stay application in the said proceedings. 4. No case for interference is made out. 5. Writ petition is misconceived and the same stands disposed of.
