The applicant has filed the instant contempt application alleging wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 23.07.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.10121 of 2025 (Kunjbihari vs. State of U.P. & 3 Others) whereby a direction was made that the petitioner (applicant herein) shall be paid minimum of the basic pay of Rs.18,000/- per month as similarly placed employees of the department, provided the petitioner is continuing and discharging duties under the forest department as on date or cause be shown by the next date fixed. 2. Perusal of the order dated 23.07.2025 evince that option is with the authority concerned to pay the salary or to show cause in the writ petition. 3. After due deliberations at length, counsel for the applicant prays for to dismiss the instant contempt application as withdrawn. 4. As such, instant contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn.
