1. The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioners/accused Nos.1,5,7,10,13 & 14 to grant an±icipatory bail in connection with Crime No.31 of 2025 of Seethanagaram Police Station, East Godavari District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1,5,7,10,13 & 14 and others for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1),109(1),189(2),189(4) read with 190 BNS. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 03.02.2025 at about 08.30 a.m, the de-facto complainant lodged a report stating that his villagers Guru Siva Sathish, Kalla Nagendra, and Kalla Durga Prasad were present at Mirthipadu Pathapeta Center. At that time, one Vadapalli Suresh S/o Jayaraju and Bannu, who belong to SC community, picked up argument with them. The de-facto complainant pacified them. After some time, while he was present at his house, Al to A14 along with others came to him and beat him with sticks on his head and caused bleeding and abrasion injuries. 5. A perusal of th§ material aval|lable on record goes to show that specific accusations are attr,-buted only agal'nst Al to A3. In respect of the other accused, lot l's alleged that they have beaten on the non-vl'tal parts of the de-facto complal'nant. ln fact, I-t I-S specifically alleged that the accused Al beat the de-facto complal'nant wl'th a stl-ck on hI'S head resultl'ng I-n grl-evous I-njury to hl-m. However, wl'th respect to the other accused, only omnl'bus allegations are made. 6.
