This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to decide Computer Case No.T202417630401364 (Babu Lal and others Vs. State and others), under Section 38 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 18.01.2024 within stipulated period, in accordance with law." 2. It is contended that the case filed in proceedings under Section 32/38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Upziladhikari, Tehsil Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth Nagar to decide the Computer Case No.T202417630401364 (Babu Lal and others Vs. State and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
