HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 33787 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the directing respondent no. 2 & 3 to to ensure effective compliance of order dated 09.09.2019 passed by respondent no. 3 and forthwith eject respondents no. 4 to 7 and other persons from the land of the petitioner, being Khata No. 201, Khasra Nos. 534 and 535, Rakba 0.8100 hectare, and to ко позceful possession of petitioner." 2. It is contended that order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 09.09.2019. Demarcation proceedings was carried out on 22.07.2021 and pillars were affixed. Private respondents violated the order and removed the pillars so affixed in July, 2023. Petitioner had filed an application in the year 2025 for restoration of possession. 3. After hearing counsel for the parties and perusing the material on record, I find that the petitioner has a remedy of moving an application under Section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance, or in case any encroachment has been made, he may move an application under Section 134 of Code, 2006 for removing of said encroachment. 4.
