(Oral) Before notices, if any, in the instant proceedings could be issued to the respondents for their alleged willful disobedience, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, has placed on record communication dated 28.03.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, perusal whereof reveals that respondents, after having considered the representation in light of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, have transferred the petitioner, who is working as JBT under 5% inter district quota from GPS Sheelghat, EB Dhundhan, District Solan to GPS Dari, EB Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. 2 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
