The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R dated 13.09.2025 in Case Crime No. 432 of 2025, under Sections- 74,109(1),115(2),190,191(2),191(3),351(3), 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita- 2023, and section 3(1)D,, 3(1)(gh), 3(2)(v), 3(1)(w) (i) of S.C./S.T. (P.A) Act Police Station- Tanda, District- Rampur. It has been averred in the compromise affidavit that parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 has no objection, in case the F.I.R. is quashed. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary. Let the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rampur, by the Registrar (Compliance) of this court within 10 days.
