The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the Writ Petition, owing to a compromise having been entered into with his father. The petitioner has also sent a written communication to his counsel, advising withdrawal of the Writ Petition. An endorsement to this effect has also been made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the case bundle. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
