The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(a) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order dated 10.9.2025 (Annexure-1 to the Writ petition) passed by the Director, Administration Evam Monitoring, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Meerut, the Respondent No.3. (b) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents-Authorities not to interfere in peaceful functioning of the Petitioner as Assistant Professor/Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) in KVK, Bulandshahar and also make payment of arrears of salary, as well as, current salary as and when it comes due month to month." 2. Sri R. K. Ojha, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner after some length of argument, without pressing the matter on merit made innocuous prayer that liberty may be given to the petitioner to represent his case before appropriate authority by way of filing a representation and the appropriate authority may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously after considering the entire facts stated in the representation. 3. Per contra, Sri Dinesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 vehemently opposed the instant petition but he has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard Sri R. K. Ojha, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, Sri Dinesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4, leaned Standing counsel and perused the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashutosh Ojha, Deepankar Nath Tripathi, Sr. Advocate Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Dinesh Chandra Mishra Dr. Vivek Raj .....Petitioner(s) The State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) contents made in the writ petition. 5.Taking into consideration the innocuous prayer made by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and no objection from other side, without entering into the merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to represent his case by way of a representation along with the present writ petition and certified copy of this order stating therein all the problems before respondent no.2- The Vice Chancellor, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Meerut within three weeks. After receiving the said representation, the respondent no.2 is directed to pass appropriate and reasoned order on the same, after taking into consideration the problems stated in the representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. 7.
