No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.699 of 2021 dated 30.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(1) of Indian Penal Code, 1860. As far as the accused is concerned, he has been attending the Court regularly. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 4.
