This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Revenue Authority to Restore the erected Stone over the boundary of Aarazi No. 501/0.6760, 524/0.0770, 535/0.3420 and 562/0.3420, situated in Village-Koilari, Tappa Manda, Pargana-Khairagarh, Tehsil-Meja, District-Prayagraj, in pursuant of order dated 18.09.2021, passed by Respondent No. 2." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 were finalized and the land in question was demarcated, but the private respondent had removed the pillars, so affixed, during demarcation proceedings. Thereafter, petitioner has moved an application before the Sub Divisional Officer for restoring the said pillars on which order has been passed but till date the said order has not been complied with by the authority concerned. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon the Sub Divisional Officer, Meja, Prayagraj/respondent No.2 to comply his own order, in case, it was passed on the application of petitioner after the private respondent had removed the pillars, so affixed. In case such an order has been passed by the revenue authority, the same shall be complied with, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
