He further submits that with respect to petitioner no.3 (Vijay Singh) and petitioner no.4 (Vipin Singh) charge-sheet has also been filed on 07.01.2025. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the charge- sheet before the appropriate Forum.
