The present writ petition filed by the petitioners pertains to Rehbar-e-Taleem scheme. 2. The relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time as the aforesaid scheme has been closed by the Government in the year 2018. Even otherwise also, none has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to revive the same, in case, cause of action still survives.
