CMP No.5918 of 2025 This application has been filed on behalf of the applicants-appellants for releasing amount of compensation enhanced by this High Court vide judgment dated 27.12.2024 passed in present appeal alongwith FAO No.239 of 2023. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that enhanced amount stands deposited by the Insurance Company in connected appeal FAO No.239 of 2023. It is apt to record here that vide even dated order passed in application CMP No.5912 of 2025 enhanced amount alongwith other compensation amount has been ordered to be released in favour of applicants-appellants herein, who are applicants- respondents No.1 to 3 in FAO No.239 of 2025. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this application except that amount for which applicants-appellants are entitled be released in their favour, in terms of even dated order passed in CMP No.5912 of 2025.
