This writ petition is disposed of at its very inception stage keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and also bearing in perspective the fact that the petitioner, who is a student of Class-XI of PM Shri School, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, village-Kotli Manotrian, district Reasi, J&K, with a direction to the Principal-PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, village-Kotli Manotrian, district Reasi, J&K to consider the communication No. DC/Rsi/25- 26/NSQ/824-25 dated 26.11.2025 of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi for reconsidering the matter Serial No. 13 Regular List 2 WP(C) No. 3606/2025 by reference to the representation of the petitioner’s father for continuing with the petitioner’s Class-XI admission in the school and not to prematurely terminate as the same is going to have irreversible adverse effects on the career of the petitioner. 02. Let the Principal-PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, village-Kotli Manotrian, district Reasi, J&K act upon the communication of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi by considering the representation and pass an appropriate order within a period of six (06) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and till that time, no ouster of the petitioner from the aforesaid school to be contemplated and effected by issuance of a transfer certificate as intended in terms of Communication/Reference No. F.208/JNVR/ICS/2025-26/1054 dated 12.11.2025. 03. This writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. 04. A certified copy of this order be provided by the petitioner’s father to the Principal-PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, village-Kotli Manotrian, district Reasi, J&K, by or before 29.12.2025 upon which the Principal-PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya 3 WP(C) No. 3606/2025 Vidyalaya, village-Kotli Manotrian, district Reasi, J&K, to pass an order as directed within next seven (07) days with a copy to be advanced to the petitioner’s father.
