CMP No.5912 of 2025 This application has been filed for release of amount of compensation on behalf of applicants-respondents No.1 to 3. Main appeal was disposed of vide common judgment dated 27.12.2024 alongwith appeal preferred by applicants-respondents being FAO No.129 of 2023. No objection has been communicated for allowing the application and releasing the amount in terms of final judgment dated 27.12.2024. It has been submitted that some amount of compensation was released in favour of applications- respondents vide order dated 08.11.2023 passed in CMP NO.16236 of 2023. In view of above, present application is allowed and balance amount falling in shares of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3, alongwith up-to-date interest, in terms of final judgment dated 27.12.2024 passed by this High Court as per respective share is ordered to be released in their favour, as per their entitlement after adjusting the amount released earlier in their favour, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, mentioned in para- 7 of the application.
