GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.64 cents in R.S.No.427-1A/6, Murakambattu Village of Chittoor District. 2. This Court on 19.03.2020, granted interim order directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject lands and the same was extended until further orders by order dated 05.10.2020. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions dated 04.03.2025, issued by the 4th respondent. On perusal of the same, it is clear that the land of the petitioner is not required any more for the “Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme”. The instructions further read that alternative land was acquired and the same was allotted to the eligible beneficiaries. The instructions dated 04.03.2025, given by the 4th respondent is placed on record. 4. In view of the instructions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, as no further orders are necessary in terms of the interim order dated 19.03.2020. 3 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
