(ORAL) Seeking direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to take immediate remedial legal action on the petitioner’s complaints/representations dated 14.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) and 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-4), which clearly disclose commission of cognizable offences of cheating, criminal breach of trust, forgery and conspiracy against respondents No.5 to 10, petitioner has come up before this court under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 2. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied, if he is permitted to file a representation with the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, and said officer be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3. Notices are served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 4. Let the petitioner represent to the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, within 15 days from today. If the petitioner files a representation with in the above-mentioned time period of 15 days, then, the same shall be decided by the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, within two months, either himself/herself or by authorizing and delegating it to any officer holding IPS cadre. It is clarified that such order must be a reasoned order, and the same be communicated to the representationists without delay. 5. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh petition or to take other legal remedies in accordance with the law. 6. There would be no need for a certified copy of this order, and any Advocate for the Petitioner and State can download this order and other relevant particulars from the official web page of this court and attest it to be a true copy.
