At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the chargesheet has already been submitted after completion of investigation in pursuance of the impugned FIR and thereafter, cognizance has been taken by the Court below and summoning order has been passed. He next submitted that the petitioners have already preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. before this Court challenging the chargesheet and cognizance order, being Application U/S 482 No.1085 of 2025 (Dipankar alias Pankaj and others v. State of U.P. and others). In the aforesaid backdrop, he prays that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed and Application U/S 482 No.1085 of 2025 (Dipankar alias Pankaj and others v. State of U.P. and others), which has been connected along with this petition, be de-tagged and placed before appropriate Court as fresh at an early date. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request. 3. The instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 4. Application U/S 482 No.1085 of 2025 (Dipankar alias Pankaj and others v. State of U.P. and others) is hereby detagged and let it be placed before appropriate Court on 16.04.2025 as fresh.
