Side) ORDER This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail concerned in Cr.No.262/2025 pending on the file of the respondent. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the petitioner with the possession of 13.915 kgs of Tobacco Products. Hence, FIR registered under Section 24(1) of Cigarettte and other Tobacco Product, 2003 and 123 of BNS, 2023(328of IPC) in crime No. 262 of 2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) raised objection stating that the petitioner is having four previous case. Hence, he prays to dismiss this bail. 5. CRL OP No. 24876 of 2025 completed. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of registered Advocates Clerks Association, Coimbatore District, and on such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing separate bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore, and on further conditions that:: (a) the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity; (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months.
