The limited grievance raised by the petitioner in the present case is that the petitioner’s appeal under Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 preferred against the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by the office of the District Magistrate (North-East) Govt of NCT of Delhi, has not been decided by the concerned appellate authority. 2. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the appellate tribunal shall be requested to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in an expeditious manner. 3. Considering the said submission of the counsel for the respondent and the limited nature of relief sought, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the Appellate Tribunal/Deputy Commissioner Revenue Department DSIDC Complex (North-East) to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by the office of the District Magistrate (North-East) Govt of NCT of Delhi. Let the same be done as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today. 4.
